| Details: | I spoke with David Rose today about the violations currently on the books, scheduling a survey, and why the state wants to regulate the Dora Sitkum system. Mr. Rose has just completed a small water system operator's class, and would like to schedule the survey soon. I told Mr. Rose that I would find a time to come out to do the survey soon. Mr. Rose is a little concerned about state overreach, but is amenable to having us out to do the survey and clear up his regulatory obligations. |
