| Details: | Travis sent me photos of the corrections for set back from hazards and the vent on the well head. Port-o-potty has been moved to over 100 feet away from the well and vent has been installed on well head. Also Travis has confirmed that a operations and maintenance manual have been created. On 11/15/22 coliform sampling plan has been submitted. All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
