Details:	The new owner of this system contacted me regarding a loss of pressure event that occurred early last week. He reports that he had extensive work completed by a local pump company in the last month. He received notification from one of the residents that there was no water last week. He asked the pump company to return to investigate the problem. The pump company staff reported that it appeared that valving had been shut off since their last visit and contributed to the storage tank from being emptied. This situation was corrected and full pressure has been restored. A special coliform sample was submitted last week and was bacteria free. I recommended to the owner to report this to law enforcement. He claims that the locks have once again been changed and that cameras are in process of installment.
