| Details: | 11.14.22-Waylon reported that the three RP samples as well as the TG sample tested positive for TC and absent OF E. Coli. A Level 1 coli investigation was completed on this day. Results of the investigation suggest that the reason for the recent TC positive may have been caused by the recent repair of a main line that was leaking. Next steps: Waylon informed me that he will be shock chlorinating the system today and flushing the lines tomorrow. After this, the system will collect a special sample. Three additional temporary routine samples will be collected in December. 11.09.22-Waylon reported that their routine sample (RT) sample collected on 11.08.22 tested positive for TC and absent for E. Coli. Waylon was instructed to collect RP samples and TG sample at the source. |
