Details: Ty provided the following updates:

On 11.07.22 - Ty emailed a copy of the October SWTR report to DMCE.

11.02.22 - The WTP was taken offline. The system is now purchasing bulk water from Coos Bay North Bend PWS (SRC AB).

DBP samples collected on October 20th while the system was still getting water from Davis Creek (SRC AA).

OELs are higher than MCL for TTHM and HAA5: The system is taking steps to address the DBP MCL exceedance. Plans are in process to cleanout the wet well. Technical assistance was provided by RCAC to help Ty improve coagulant dosing. Civil West also provided general assistance to identify ways for the system to address high NTU. The system will continue purchasing bulk water until source water conditions improve.
