| Details: | Karl with Grand Ronde called on 11/14/2022 at 3:10 PM to inform me they received a letter from the state about the IOCs, SOCs and VOCs samples have not been taken. The operator stated that they were sampled on September 27th and they received the results last week. They received confirmation from Water Lab that they were submitted to OHA. Operator will wait a few days to see if the results get posted on OHA website. | ||
