| Details: | Spencer called because a letter was mailed to the previous contact reminding ODF to collect a nitrate sample in 2018. The water system closed for the season in mid-September but Spencer said he will briefly re-install the hand-pump in order to collect the sample this year. During our discussion, I updated the operating season in DWS records to show the system closes on September 15 rather than October 31 and changed the contact person to be Spencer. I also rejected an October violation for not reporting coliform monitoring because the system was closed. I was told there will be a new contact person in the near future after ODF reorganizes personnel and assignments. | ||
