| Details: | Dan informed me that the suites were not open for business at the time of the E. coli positive sample. The normal on-site operator was out of town and the temporary operator filling in failed to maintain the continuous chlorine residual. A repeat sample collected on 11/4, after the chlorine residual was returned to a more typical level, tested negative for total coliform. | ||
