| Details: | Steve called and left a voice message reporting the TC detection. He said that they are moving along with the installation of a residual maintenance disinfection system as required. I tried to call back several times on 11/14 and 11/15 to remind him to take the required repeat/triggered samples and to make sure plan review is submitted to OHA DWS for the treatment system but there was no answer and his voice mailbox was full. | ||
