| Details: | Received alert for a total coliform positive sample result from a routine sample collected on 10/3/22. Repeat samples were collected on 10/6 and 11/3. Spoke with Mary and told her that a triggered/source sample still needs to be collected. Advised doing this at the same time as the next routine sample. Also discussed recent chemical sample results that are not appearing on Data Online (IOCs). DWS to contact lab and get copies of the lab reports. | ||
