| Details: | Called Karl at 4:01 PM and left a voicemessage. I let him know we received a alert for positive coliform sampled at 26690 Salmon R Hwy and Willamina Cr. A Level 2 investigation is generated due to having two(2) coliform positive samples. I Scheduled a L2 investigation for November 29th. I asked for an email and/or phone confirmation that the message was received. An email was sent to the operator in addition to the voice message at 4:42 PM. Received confirmation from Karl that the they receive my message. The operator stated that the , SRC-AE - EAST SPRING A , SRC-AF - EAST SPRING B, and SRC-AG - EAST SPRING C were not active at the time the TC + samples was taken. Operator took six(6) repeat samples and a triggered sample. Received a call from Karl on 11/18/2022 at 8:52 that all the repeat samples taken were positive for TC. |
