| Details: | Operator contacted me to let me know that membrane rack #3 sensor failed and did not conduct the DIT. The operator took it offline and had repair person evaluate the issue. Once repaired, the 3rd rack membrane did go through the DIT and passed. It was placed back online. The operator is looking into why the sensor failed to avoid issues in the future. | ||
