| Details: | A substitute operator filled in for the normal onsite operator in October but failed to report the pH reading once every two weeks for the month. The last report showed the pH was at 6.73 at the Spicer well EP and did not show a correction or adjustment for the pH and no other reading was taken for the rest of the month resulting in an excursion that is very long. Prior to this reporting the system contact and DRC was unaware that these reports were needing to be submitted and hadn't been submitting them since 2015. The reports for October were submitted for the first time and then this was discovered to happened. The system has maintained there corrosion control system regularly and has not had any L & C issues with the current soda ash system they are operating. I advised Jamie to speak directly with Chuck Michael on the reporting issue and told them the corrective action would be to post a tier 2 public notice and the L & C sampling schedule will increase to 6-month monitoring at 10 locations for a minimum of two rounds starting in January. | ||
