| Details: | I left a voice message for Larry about the corrosion control phosphate excursion at Lone Pine Well on October 26th. The monthly report noted on the four days following the initial excursion that the well was not running during the daily inspection. Since phosphate was not measured those days to verify the minimum was met, October 27th through 30th each counted as a daily excursion before the well was turned off for the season giving a total of five excursions for the month. On November 16th, Larry and I spoke. He referred me to the October fluoridation Report indicating days the Lone Pine Well was in use. The sampling protocols are being reviewed to take steps to evaluate excursions and make operational changes on the same day. He plans to send me information to document how the issue will be resolved. |
