| Details: | Met up with operator onsite. The initial sample & only repeat sample were at the church sampling location. This is no longer a representative sample site due the services no longer being held at the church. The operator will move the sample site to his residence. The operator requested the samples be invalidated. Sent the invalidation request will be into OHA. If approved, the operator will take another routine sample for Nov. | ||
