| Details: | I spoke to Denise today and they have corrected all the deficiencies form the water survey. They added to 90-degree angles to the wellhead vent to make it comply with a screen. They have an emergency response plan and are using NSF chlorine and DPD test kit to take chlorine readings at least twice a week. | ||
