| Details: | Doris sent a letter which was received on 11/17/22. Letter states that they are unable to remedy the issue of the setback because of the location of the wells and their inability to purchase additional land from the farmer. Farmer will not grant them an easement. Letter also indicated that the issue of the flapper valves has been corrected and included photos of the new flaps. Operator was able to provide the information requested. | ||
