| Details: | Coliform alert 22883 April was contacted and informed about the RT sample collected on 11.16.22 that tested TC positive. Next steps: April was instructed to collect: - 3 repeat samples (RPs) - 1 Triggered sample (TG) at the wellhead - No corrective action should be taken prior to collecting the TG sample and the RPs. Three temporary routine samples must be collected between December 1 and Dec 31. These samples can be collected at the same locations as the RPs. |
