| Details: | Erin called and said they moved the paint that was stored within the 100-foot setback from the wellhead, they added a screen to the wellhead vent and they had been using NSF chlorine but reusing containers and the containers did not have a readable NSF logo on them this has been fixed with new containers. All deficiencies have been corrected. | ||
