| Details: | 3 of 3 routine samples 11/16/22 TC+. Emailed Lynn (out of office and will also call Monday) to inform and remind to take triggered samples from all wells that were contributing on that day. Since >1 distribution sample TC+, positive is confirmed and no additional repeats needed. System had two routine positive in September 2022. A level 2 investigation will be needed and I will make a site visit or consult with Lynn and Drew to try to identify source of coliforms. | ||
