| Details: | Received a call from Karl on 11/18/2022 at 8:52 that all samples taken were positive for TC. We scheduled a Level 2 investigation for November 29th. Operator stated that the cause of the TC positive is due to the low flow of the springs. Conducted a Level 2 investigation on 11/29/2022 at 8:45 am with Grand Ronde Community Water Association. The water system believes that the low flow of the springs is the reason for the samples being positive. The operator will be looking at preventative measures for TC. Provided operator contact information for the circuit rider to consult/meet with them on preventative measure for TC. |
