| Details: | I called and spoke with a representative for Country Villa Mobile Estates, as Lindsay was not available at the time, we discussed how the water system got a positive total coliform sample result on November 9 and follow up repeat/source samples were missed, therefore a Level 1 Coliform Investigation is now required for the water system to complete within 30 days. This Level 1 investigation is in the form of a checklist designed to help determine possible reason(s) for the total coliform results. I discussed this with the representative who then forwarded me Lindsay's email address, where I then forwarded the Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist to be completed and sent to CCPH and/or DWS within 30 days. | ||
