01.16.2023 Survey def update: Jonathan Woody emailed a corrective action plan with the following updates:

Pending deficiencies and rule violations:
- Op and Maintenance manual: will be completed by 06.01.2023
- Emergency Response Plan: will be completed by 02.28.2023
- Monitoring and reporting for RADs: time extended to 03.31.2023
- CT values calculated correctly: Time extended to 06.01.2023.
- Filters changed per manufacturer specifications: The system is currently changing filter based on PSID, but they still need to install a backpressure device to ensure the filters are loading evenly. Time extension granted. New due date 06.01.2023.
- Operator stated that LT2 sampling will be addressed beginning July 12, 2023.

Corrected deficiencies and rule violations:
- Cross connection ordinance or enabling authority created and signed on 01.16.2023
- Storage tank hatch secured on 12.01.2022
- Coliform sampling plan created on 01.16.2023.
- DRC form completed and sent to Op Cert program on 01.16.2023.
- Under certified op protocol developed on 01.16.2023

Next steps: Operator will address pending deficiencies. Data Online deficiency page updated.

11.28.22 - Water system survey report and cover letter emailed to PWS operator. Corrective actions for significant deficiencies and rule violations are due in January and March 2023. See webpage for details on the specific due dates for SS deficiencies.
