Details: Notified Silas and Matt that we received an alert that their Diquat levels were at 0.001090000 which is greater than the minimum detection limit. I notified them that they will need to conduct quarterly monitoring at EP-A (EP for Skelton Spring) beginning on 1/1/23. I have submitted a chemical monitoring schedule change form for this schedule change.
