| Details: | Send a communication to the operator regarding the Nitrate sample results of 5.05 mg/L that had been submitted on 11/18. This results is a reliably and consistent level for this system since 2004. Repeat samples submitted on 11/28 showed the kitchen sink faucet with Total Coliform. I mentioned to him that kitchen faucets can be difficult if they swivel or have a gooseneck attachment but that this is an appropriate site. Disinfection of this faucet is recommended. A Level 1 Coliform Investigation form was attached with instruction to complete, sign and have back to me by the end of the year. Instruct him to submit 3 "temporary routine" in the month of December. |
