| Details: | 02.21.23-Daniel emailed a photo showing the repairs made to address the cross-connection hazard. Next steps: All survey deficiencies corrected. No further actions needed. 11.30.2022-Daniel reported that on 11.28.2022 he completed the Maintenance and Operation Manual, SOPs and the ERP. The protocol for under-certified operator was completed today. These documents have been printed and he will put them in the operations folder next time he is at the plant. The cross-connection deficiency is still pending. Daniel needs additional time to address this issue. Next steps: Due date to address cross-connection in the distribution extended to Jan 10, 2023. |
