| Details: | 12.12.2022-jason had the DC backflow assembly tested by a certified tester. No further actions needed. all survey corrective actions completed. I reminded Jason that the Annual Summary Report (ASR) for 2022 is due on March 31, 2023. Instructions provided on how to complete the ASR. 11.30.2022-Jason notified me that he completed the Operation and Maintenace Manual and the protocol for under-certified operator. The bypass pipe around the UV system was eliminated by capping the pipe. Photo documentation provided for verification. Next step: test the backflow prevention assembly at the water system and provide evidence that it has been tested. The corrective action due on December 19, 2022. |
