Details:	I spoke with Robert Trotter regarding questions he had pertaining to Western Hills MH Estates' sampling requirements as a 4-log treatment system, and Robert mentioned that the system has 1100 feet of 4-inch pipe from the water system's treatment plant to the Reservoir, with a flow rate of 50 gallons per minute, and that the minimum chlorine residual rate is 0.4 ppm and they try to keep a range of 0.6-0.8 ppm to achieve a CT (chlorine concentration X contact time) result of 6.
