Details: Jeremiah Bloink contacted James Pratt on 12-2-2022. Discussed outstanding deficiencies with Mr. Pratt. Mr. Pratt will contact Spring Street Analytical to schedule a coliform sample test. Mr. Pratt will contact Lance Lindow to make sure that the system Operations and Maintenance Manual meets requirements. A public notice will be mailed to Mr. Pratt which he must sign, display for 7 days and return to Klamath County Environmental Health.
