| Details: | Contact operator regarding the routine sample submitted on 12/2 that tested present for Total Coliform. Instruct him to submit 3 distribution and two wells samples by the end of 12/6. This sampling is done by the local laboratory and I was unable to speak with this person about sampling techniques today. | ||
