| Details: | Spoke with Debra Hallmark today regarding COLI22927 repeat samples taken on December 2, 2022 tested positive for total coliform. Environmental health will be sending level 1 investigation form and loss in pressure template to send to residents. On 12/5/2022 system lost total pressure and had no water. Boil notice will be issued. System is considering a chlorine shock treatment to the well as it has no other treatment. To remove the boil notice system will have to have samples come back with no coliform or E Coli present. Three routine samples will be taken in January 2023. | ||
