| Details: | 12.06.2022-Toby Bowman informed me that they did not collect samples in November, thinking the system was back on quarterly sampling. He collected a nitrate sample and a coliform sample last week, on December 2. Next: Photo documentation of the source will be provided to determine if the system can return to quarterly monitoring. 12.05.2022- I contacted Hellen requesting information on why the system has not reported any coliform samples for the months of October and November 2022. |
