| Details: | We received a phone call from Dane Klindt who reported that they had assumed ownership of the water system (most recently) known as ‘ELK MOUNTAIN LLC #6’ (41-95609). We collected contact information from the new operator and did a summary of pending water sampling requirements that will be due by the end of this year/month. We also sent an email linking Mr. Klindt to the accredited laboratory list and to the Data-Online page for this water system. We will draft a letter summarizing pending water system requirements in the next few days and send this to the new operator. It is expected that there may be a temporary lapse in compliance during this transition (including the apparent missed coliform sample last month - November, 2022). The new operator appears keen to manage the system to full compliance as soon as possible. |
