| Details: | Spoke with Jerry about the arsenic test that was above the MCL, as well as the most recent test, which showed arsenic was not detected. Jerry said Culligan made an assessment, and that the media in their filters had expired. They replace the old media with new, and the repeat sample came back not detected. Jerry said that the operators have discussed how to prevent this in the future, and they have opted to increase arsenic testing to monthly. Considering they already have arsenic treatment installed, this will help them to sooner catch when equipment or media fails. They have also decided to put media exchange on a more frequent schedule. | ||
