| Details: | Contacted new HOA President Rob regarding outstanding deficiencies noted on 9/1/22 survey. Several attempts to contact operator without response. Rob is aware and may become SGWO for this system himself as current operators D-1 has expired. Corrections required by 1/5/2023 but I sent deficiency follow up letter 12/8/22 for clarity and paper trail. Sent Rob deficiency follow up letter, original survey cover letter, link to tier 2 PN and SGWO schedule. Will continue to work with system to correct deficiencies. | ||
