| Details: | The water system collected a coliform sample on 12/7/22 and it tested positive for total coliform. The system has ultra-violet treatment. Ren said the UV sleeves had been wiped down and felt the bulbs had been replaced in the past year. The operational light on the UV was showing the system was in working order. Ren is contacting the treatment vendor for service. I reviewed the follow up sampling needed: 3 repeat samples and a triggered source (prior to treatment) sample. | ||
