| Details: | Routine samples collected Friday 12/9/22 from SS#8 and SS#24 came back positive for total coliform (absent for E. coli). DWS staff contacted system via email with instruction to collect repeat samples (upstream, downstream, original site). Samples were taken on 12/12/22 and were found absent of TC. System was notified these 2 TC+ samples triggered a Level 1 Investigation. System was directed to review the system in attempt to determine the cause(s) for the TC+ samples and was provided the Level 1 Investigation form to complete. Update: Level 1 Coliform Investigation received on 12/22/22 and reviewed/submitted by DWS staff on 12/23/22. |
