| Details: | I spoke with operator Erick Brown today to follow up on the required level 1 investigation, as today marked 14 days until due. Erick sent this to Nick Alviani’s county email, who is on paternal leave. This explains why it was not immediately received. I also had issues receiving it, as it was not making it through to my county email inbox. We worked around the technical issues though, and I received a copy of the Level 1 Coliform Investigation Form today. It has since been submitted to the compliance team for review. |
