| Details: | Visited with operator to discuss that a level 2 investigation was triggered since source sample and three repeat distribution samples were not taken within ten days of the most recent total coliform positive. The operator will confirm that the well was shocked and flushed and will take these four samples by the end of this week. A level 2 is scheduled for December 30th. | ||
