| Details: | Spoke with Greg on 12/14/2022 about current violation point on system. A point was added for not submitting a Routine sample in November 2022. In October, there was a hit for positive coliform. In November, 4 samples were submitted in response to the positive coliform test (1 Triggered samples, 3 Repeat samples). All came back negative. Facility has already submitted a December Routine sample as well. At this time, no further action is needed, and the point should fall off, as this will be an auto-RTC. | ||
