Details:	Emailed Robert to inform him that Cold Springs Water Co had incurred another violation for not submitting the Ground Water Report on time for the month of October. I also noted that he has yet to submit November's report so that one will be late as well. He was reminded that each month's groundwater report is due by the 10th of the following month. I asked him to submit the GWR on time from now on.
