Details: Background/Problem Identification:
Zach Golik with OHA reached out to the CR to provide the water system with assistance in addressing the deficiency list generated during their most recent water system survey.

Assistance Provided:
The circuit rider paid a visit to the water system in Prospect, OR on September 1st, 2022 to discuss the deficiencies listed on the latest water system survey. The circuit rider discussed each issue with Cascade Gorge staff and provided resolution options. Follow up discussion was had with D. Funderburk (the water system’s maintenance provider) to confirm the status of each issue. As of 10/25/2022 please see outstanding issues on OHA's data online website.

Follow-Up Actions Needed:

The circuit rider will follow up with the water system to assist on any outstanding issues.
