| Details: | I followed up with Robert Trotter regarding Western Hills' pending requirements for construction of a corrosion control treatment component for the water system, due to lead and copper MCL exceeding results from 2020. I mentioned that a representative from Oregon DWS said that if Western Hills can collect 10 more lead and copper samples before the end of the year, they might be able to avoid the requirement for construction of corrosion control components for the water system. This would depend on the results of course. Robert called me back and said that it was determined that someone already did collect Lead and Copper water samples throughout distribution at Western Hills MH Estates at the end of September 2022, but the addresses may not have been all documented. Robert says he will forward the sample results to DWS. |
