| Details: | The operator was contacted via telephone to discuss the Coliform positive result from 12/19/2022 and what their next steps should be. The operator confirmed that they would take 3 repeat samples and a triggered sample. The operator wanted to discuss water sampling procedures to confirm they were following the proper methods. The operator was sent sampling instructions from the O.H.A. website and from the lab that would be testing the samples. The operator was not sure what may have contributed to the coliform positive result, but suspected it may have something to do with the sample location being outside and infrequently used by R.V.'s. The operator stated that they were still working on correcting some of the issues identified in the water survey conducted in September. |
