| Details: | Survey deficiency follow up Ty corrected the storage tank deficiency. He installed a mesh 24 screen on the vent caps. The following deficiencies are still pending: - February 28, 2023: update the operation and maintenance manual, emergency response plan and the protocol for under-certified operators. - February 28, 2022: Calibrate and adjust the flow on the turbidimeter. A time extension was granted since the water treatment plant has currently off-line. Bob Belloni is currently purchasing hauled water from the City of Coos Bay - North Bend. Once the system is back online, the expectation is to ensure the turbidimeters are calibrated at least once every three months. |
