Details:	I called and left a message for Mike Stone and also emailed him, forwarding the Level 1 Coliform Investigation checklist for the Columbia Hills HOA Upper system. Since they are an OVS – Oregon Very Small system, I mentioned this checklist is recommended in order to help identify the possible reasons why the Upper system has the more common total coliform results, which may help when finalizing the process of combining both the Upper and Main Systems together.
