| Details: | Spoke with Glyn about the well seal deficiency on the emergency well noted on the 8/18/2021 survey. The well's casing is made of a material that cannot be welded and so they are going to try a rubber boot with a flange to see if it seals the well. Because funding for USACE is created a year in advance, re-casing the well will not be an option until it can be accounted for on the next budget review. | ||
