| Details: | I spoke with Isaac from Laurelwood WA - Spring on 12/9/22 and originally mentioned that due to the positive e. coli source water sample, 5 confirmation source samples at the Spring would be required within 24 hours or as soon as feasible. He told me that they are working on the situation. Within the hour, I learned that since this is an Oregon Very Small (OVS) system that is chlorinated, and the positive result was for a source assessment sample at the spring, and not a distribution sample after treatment, follow up confirmation sampling is actually not required. I then called and left a message for the Laurelwood WA - Spring water system stating that the previous message was not entirely accurate, as the confirmation samples are not technically required in this particular case. |
