| Details: | Today phone contact was made with the operator. The system is aware that they are responsible for taking a triggered well sample in addition to 3 repeats. This is due to the total coliform positive from 12/21. Recommended again that the facility hire the lab to take samples for them to prevent the possibility of the sampler contaminating the samples. Discussed proper sampling technique and locations. | ||
