| Details: | I spoke with Cal Schmidt regarding the lack of a final plan review approval from the DWP in SDWIS. I informed him that I have called my DWP staff contact to find out what is needed on his end. Mr. Schmidt is under the impression that he has submitted the required information and that final approval was obtained. I assured Mr. Schmidt that I would find out how to find a resolution for the matter of final plan review approval (SDWIS only lists the conditional approval). I am extending the compliance deadline for this deficiency to 01/31/2023. Additionally, Mr. Schmidt has completed a year of monthly coliform sampling and would like the system to be placed into quarterly sampling (from the current monthly sampling). I completed a chemical/monitoring schedule form and submitted it to the DWP. |
